PAMA first analyzes the script into scenes, characters, and locations. You review those bibles, generate and refine storyboard images scene by scene, then animate approved frames into short motion clips.
Each project stores a reusable character bible with appearance, wardrobe, personality, and reference prompts. PAMA combines that continuity context with every scene prompt so the model is not starting from zero each time.
PAMA supports OpenRouter or OpenAI-compatible models for script analysis and configurable Fal or Kie models for image and video generation. Administrators can change providers without changing the comic workflow.
Script analysis, storyboard image generation, and motion generation each have a clear credit cost. A failed provider task is marked failed and its consumed credits are revoked when the provider reports failure.
Your use of generated media depends on the terms of the AI provider and model selected in your workspace. Review those provider terms and avoid using protected characters, brands, or likenesses without permission.
